When Everyone Seems Smarter Than You - Junior Developers
I’m thankful that the 2020 software world is gladly hiring self-taught programmers. Computer science degrees, while nice, are no longer required to get into the software industry as the demand continues to grow.
There are more online resources now than ever for those who rigorously decide to travel down that road.
But this poses a problem.
This means that many of us of the self-taught variety will jump in alongside of those with computer science degrees and with those who have 5, 10, 15 years of experience.
